How the certification process works

Apply
Fill out the certification request form to begin the process. -
Self-assessment
Complete an online evaluation using an evaluation matrix identical to the hidden congress guest. -
Hidden Guest visit
A hidden guest visits your venue to assess your services anonymously. -
Results & feedback
Within 14 days, you receive a detailed report with your certification score. -
Certification award
If your venue meets the required standard, you will receive an official certificate valid for two years.+ Optional:Upgrade to a consultation workshop for a deeper analysis and improvement strategy.
