The five-star categorisation substantially raises guests’ expectations. Following our visit, we can state that the staff and wellness offer wholly justify the category. From the aspect of interior design and details, it would be great to see an eye-catching addition. The fact that the hotel is almost completely booked regularly, is a testament to the hotel’s success to cope with its competition. It is rather challenging to book a room, and we recommend making a reservation in advance.

Otherwise, the general feel in the hotel is pleasant. The architecture inside is open, spacious and inviting. We must admit that the entire complex offers plenty of space that can be used for your event. The staff deserve the highest praise, as they are Slovenian champs of attentiveness and kindness. Although the hotel is not among the freshest in Slovenia, it has numerous good attributes. Among others, it has everything you need for a supreme incentive. When it comes to incentives, it is among the best in the country. Since our last evaluation five years ago, the hotel has improved significantly.
